When you receive your merchandise, please do not write on the product packaging and manuals or fill out any product forms right away. Also, don't throw away the box or any parts of the product until you know that your product works and that you want to keep it.
We take our 30-day, money-back guarantee seriously. Our goal
is for our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. This means using the equipment in real life situations. If you are having any problems or aren't sure you are getting the most from the equipment, please contact us right away.
However, if you need to return an
item, contact us for a Return Authorization Number within 30 days from the purchase date. The product must then be sent back in ORIGINAL "LIKE NEW" CONDITION
packaged in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S BOX. A restocking fee will be charged for any missing or damaged parts including manuals and manufacturer's packaging.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR PACKAGES RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Note: Freight or postal charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the
customer. Personalized items, videotapes, DVD's, and computer software are not
returnable.
Defective Merchandise
- May be returned within 30 days of invoice date for refund or exchange after obtaining a Return Authorization number.
- A manufacturer's warranty is included with most products. Products that
become defective after HSDC's 30-day return period should be sent directly to the manufacturer with a copy of
your receipt. Contact us if you need more information about the manufacturer's warranty.
Non-Defective Merchandise
- May be returned for a refund within 30 days after the purchase date. A Return Authorization Number is required.
- Must be returned in ORIGINAL and LIKE NEW condition with the manufacturer's packaging.
- May be subject to a restocking charge to replace any missing or damaged parts, including instruction manuals and other forms.
- Items damaged by user abuse or showing excessive wear will not qualify for a refund and will be returned
- Shipping or postal charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

We will need the following information:
- Customer name, sales receipt or invoice number.
- Reason for return. If defective, let us know specifically what is wrong.
- Merchandise must be wrapped or packaged so that the original product box is protected and unmarked.
- The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping label.
- If possible, include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt in the package.
- All merchandise must be shipped prepaid (no COD's accepted) to:
